Your first month: Welcome Home!

These are the pictures from your first day home. You were such a beautiful newborn. :) The dark pink was what you left the birthing center wearing, and the light pink outfit with ballet slippers was from after we woke up from our nice long nap.

When we got home, I foolishly decided to change your diaper after daddy had fallen asleep. He was tired, or something. You didn't go to back to sleep for another three hours.

When we all woke up several hours later, your dad said, "She slept a long time!" I laughed and said, "At least you did." He hadn't even realized that you were awake for so long because he was sleeping so heavily. Silly me, I thought I was the one who just had the baby! I didn't mind, though. I was just so excited to have my baby Autumn in my arms. I just like to tease your daddy about it.
