Your First Month: Granny Bennett Visits

A couple of days after Grandma Cares left, Granny Bennett came. She stayed for 10 days and helped us while Mommy recovered. She was here when we got the call confirming your second metabolic screening indicated cystic fibrosis. I sure was glad to have my mommy here when I got that call. I was crying from Friday to Tuesday while we were waiting to do the sweat test. She also made us some yummy enchiladas and peanut butter squares and went to Fur Rondy with Daddy. (That reminds me I forgot to post that daddy got mommy the fur earmuffs at Fur Rondy the weekend before, for my 'push present.' What a sweet daddy.) You also had your first of many full on blowouts, and we went and took pictures with Becky Marvin. We will include those in a separate post.
