Shoot and Roll!

Today I finally decided to go ahead and vaccinate you. So at the pediatrician we talked about the potential of you having a dairy protein allergy and he said to go ahead and try going off of it. So I will try that.

So before you got your shots, they had me give you Tylenol that they brought into the room, and I may have put it in your mouth too fast. You threw up all over us and about half of the room. Everywhere. You were justifiably worked up already before the shots and those sent it over the top. I have never heard you cry like that. I was fighting back tears because I could hear how much it hurt. It broke my heart.

You came home and slept for a really long time - about 6 hours, but ate twice in there in a very drowsy state. After you woke up you wanted to socialize. You kept getting upset when I would stop singing and while I sang you would coo along. It was adorable.

Then I put you down for tummy time, and you rolled over TWICE! We'll see if you do it again or if those shots had just given you temporary super powers.
